Abbey Liftcare’s Modernisation Department has grown significantly over the last few years. This has been driven by consistently high quality while working in very demanding environments, such as hospices, hospitals and housing associations. We treat every job with professionalism, urgency and articulation.

We have established a supply chain that not only delivers on time, but allows us to be very competitive. We endeavour to use UK manufactured equipment with open protocol software, with replacement parts readily available. We provide all drawings as required, along with full O&M manuals on completion.

We are an ISO 9001, OHAS 18001, Construction line and Safe contractor company with The Lift Regulations Schedule 12. This standard allows us to design and build bespoke lifts for any application certified with our own CE Marking.

As well as preparing quotes for specifications, our Sales Department offer a Consultancy service, which is normally provided free of charge. We can assist with design and offer impartial advice on what equipment to fit, as we are independent of any equipment manufacturer.

We can employ teams of builders and electricians, allowing clients to have all trades under one contractor if preferred.
