Maintenance Contracts… ongoing contracts to provide regular service, lubrication, adjustment and inspection of existing lifts.

Repair Work… the replacement of broken or damaged equipment and parts that are dangerous, malfunctioning or that no longer meet current safety standards.

New Lifts… new installations of lift plant and equipment designed to meet customer requirements and comply with relevant safety, engineering, design and performance standards or regulations.

Modernisation… re-fitting out-of-date lift plant and equipment to bring it up to current standards and regulations.

Interior Refurbishment… replacing old or worn interiors and making performance upgrades to enhance user satisfaction.
